To further strengthen regional exchange and coordination among young marine scientists, the ODC center has convened the ODC International Forum for Young Marine Scientists from 2021 on a regular basis. The Forth session of this forum was honored to participate in the DECADE ACTION INCUBATOR of United Nations Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development on November 25, 2021.
